Quality Policy

To provide infrastructure solutions and information security, through a qualified team, using defined standards and methods, with the goals of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Service Management Policy

Our Service Management Policy is fit for purpose in the organisation and requires the chairperson to provide a framework for setting objectives (OD-SGI-004-Quality Objectives) and ensuring that all services are clearly identified, implemented and monitored as agreed with our customers. Thus ensuring that all deliverables are provided with quality within the constraints of legal contracts. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we have adopted a Management System that complies with ISO 20000-1 requirements to achieve it. The management of ISH Tecnologia is committed to the continuous improvement of the SGS and services.

Information Security Policy

The objective of this policy is to establish criteria to ensure that the information technology resources of ISH Tecnologia, which operates in the provision of consulting services and supply of hardware and software solutions for information security, infrastructure and information technology, are protected against unauthorized access, loss of confidentiality, integrity and inappropriate use, as well as all its customers and partner companies. The policy describes the best practices, standards, recommendations, use policies applicable to the organization's information technology resources and its processes, through guidelines established by Senior Management and takes into consideration the objectives, legal, contractual and regulatory requirements applicable to the scope of certification and continuous improvement.

The Board of Directors of ISH Tecnologia is committed to safeguarding its information technology resources from any threats that compromise their security by applying control measures in accordance with and meeting the applicable requirements.

Violation of the Information Security Policy

The incidents are treated by the Security Committee that analyzes/evaluates the cause, impact and responsibility. The records can be made through the csi@ish.com.br channel.
