INFORMATION ON SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS

The policy on sponsorships and donations set forth in the ISH Tecnologia Code of Conduct determines that a company committed to business integrity must be attentive to the background of those who will receive its funding, sponsorships and donations, to avoid possible associations of its image with fraud or corruption. To this end, the ISH Group adopts the following standards in such cases:

  • The establishment of criteria, both for the selection of recipients and for monitoring approved projects;
  • The adoption of mechanisms to verify whether the amounts are being used for the licit purposes for which they were originally intended;
  • The verification of the relationship between the beneficiary institution and public agents, to avoid the use of resources to conceal undue payments or advantages.
